    1. No manual method: I also work in the cement industry and have not encountered any method that does not require manual unloading. The feasibility of using pallets as you mentioned is not high. Nowadays, people generally use cars to transport cement. When bagged cement is stacked on the car, although it is relatively neatly stacked, if a forklift is used to unload it, it is estimated that it will still not be able to unload. Firstly, there may be slipping of the bags. Don't worry about the situation where one bag is pressed against the other, as the forklift may not be able to lift them;


    2. A way to reduce labor: If there is a certain distance from the car packaging point to the cement storage point, you can consider making a conveyor belt (iron frame, installed with wheels, belts, and engines) that can move freely and reduce labor intensity to a certain extent.
