At the batching station, limestone, sandstone, iron powder, and fly ash (raw materials may vary slightly depending on the process design) are transported to the raw material mill (now usually a vertical roller mill) through a belt scale and belt conveyor.
1. Starting from raw materials, limestone is transported from the mine to the factory via a belt conveyor.
2. After being crushed by the limestone crusher, it is transported to the limestone storage by a belt conveyor.
3. There is a bag filter at the middle dust point.
4. At the batching station, limestone, sandstone, iron powder, and fly ash (raw materials may vary slightly depending on the process design) are transported to the raw material mill (now usually a vertical roller mill) through a belt scale and belt conveyor.
5. After grinding, it is transported to the raw material storage through an air chute and a bucket elevator.
6. Raw materials are sent to the preheater through a bucket elevator, preheated and decomposed before being calcined in the kiln. The clinker is cooled by a grate cooler, crushed by a clinker crusher, and sent to the clinker silo through a chain plate machine.
7. Clinker, mixed materials, and gypsum are transported by conveyor to cement mill (ball mill) for grinding, and the finished products are stored in the cement warehouse and packaged or shipped in bulk.
8. There are also humidification towers (cooling and dust removal, improving dust resistance), electrostatic precipitators (dust removal) and other equipment in between.
